A 20,000 sqft Tenant Improvement. All new walls and ceiling were built to showcase the existing brick, wood, and bow trusses. The build out includes a high percentage of glass along with two high end pantries, a barista bar, and a 1500 sqft event space. On the exterior is a 500 sqft IPE deck with a steel and wood trellis, surrounded by a cast-in-place concrete bench with IPE overlay.
