Construction of new 16,000sqft. ambulatory surgery center. Existing space is a first generation space. The entire interior space is a new buildout. This included preop/postop, procedure rooms, restrooms, circulation spaces, etc. New generator, mechanical equipment, and enclosures included on the exterior of the building.
