Project involves the complete tenant improvement build out of an existing shelled area on level 1 for outpatient services within the UCLA Health System. Includes reception/waiting area, two new MRI rooms, ultrasound, and mammography rooms; along with associated administrative support and patient spaces, staff lounge and conference room, staff and patient restrooms, MRI roof chiller with supporting equipment on platform and exterior utility enclosure. Total T.I. area covers 8,152 SF.
