Installation of new HVAC systems with associated ductwork and piping, along with the removal of existing radiator systems. Restroom accessibility upgrades and door/hardware replacements throughout all buildings. Energy-efficient LED lighting upgrades and complete ceiling replacements. Site accessibility improvements and replacement of accessible signage across all permanent and portable structures.
