The scope included providing HVAC plus associated scope of work to buildings A, B, and F. Associated scope of work included bringing new 2×4 suspended ceilings, LED lights, Extron systems, paint, flooring, markerboards, ADA casework improvements, ADA toilet room upgrades and path-of-travel improvements. Work also included fire alarm, intercom, clock, and speakers’ system shall be adjusted to accommodate the new work.
