The project consists of HVAC to be installed in all classrooms and offices in permanent buildings on site. Overhead projectors and Extron in all permanent classrooms. New Fire Alarm system in all bldgs. and Portables. ACS upgrades to P.O.T., parking, restrooms, and drinking fountains as required per current code. Utility systems upgrades as required to support HVAC installation. Addition of electrical outlets to existing classrooms. Include 2 sets of two-gang outlets per wall, per classroom, per District standard. Add electrical outlets to office spaces as needed.  Exterior paint as noted, Portables as required. Re-roof, patch and repair, or installation of new coating, as required.
