Modernization of the existing buildings on campus. K-3 students remain on campus and project was phased to allow for completion. Modernizations include new HVAC systems, accessibility upgrades, and new fire alarm systems. In addition, the scope included new lighting, windows, ceilings, finishes, technology, and campus electrical service upgrade.
