The project is for the replacement of existing roofing systems for the Visual Arts Center, Chaparral Hall, & Sierra Hall. The scope included roofing demolition and roofing replacement. 1. Roofing system demolition to existing substrate; some metal roofing system, various flashing, and related construction. 2. Provide and install full roofing system – Class A; including preparation of substrates, rigid & tapered insulation, protection boards, roofing & flashing membranes, metal flashing, metal roof systems, related work, & miscellaneous work.
