This project includes a full renovation of the building’s exterior and interior spaces. Exterior upgrades consist of new paint, glass, and doors, along with rebuilt elevated walkways and stairs. A new patio and covered walkway will be added, along with updated site curbs, sidewalks, parking, and landscaping. Interior improvements include renovations to the lobby, office, and storage areas, reconstruction of interior stairs, and the addition of new public restrooms.
