This renovation project includes the installation of a new exterior elevator to provide full ADA access across all building levels. Restrooms throughout the building will be reconfigured and upgraded, including new unisex and family restrooms. Major interior enhancements include restoration of the historic entrance foyer, transformation of retail spaces into ticketing, guest services, production office, and VIP lounge areas, as well as renovation of lobbies and concession areas. The exterior façade will be restored to its original design, and a new roof will be added over the sidewalk load-in area. The project also provides fully accessible circulation routes, new HVAC and electrical systems, updated alarm system, and a new mechanical pad to support updated equipment—all while preserving historically significant architectural features.
